	Description		Climate change has big social effects, if we do not apply counteractions. Simply stopping the fossil CO2 emission is rather impossible and surely insufficient. Sustainable, locally high amount producing energy plants (e. g. mirror system with thermal generation or big areas of solar panels) will be industrial ghettos and no-go areas for inhabitants. Complete domination by oligarchy is likely. Social acceptance could be low. Defence against terrorism would support military dominance and would counteract peace building. Instead local inhabitants need to become included in the production process. One possibility is staying or becoming real "green" technology including biomass production. Reusability of existing methane pipelines would be another benefit.
