| Description |
Judges should assure justice. In the ideal case, if different law interpretations appear, the correct interpretation shall be found by judging. Unreliable justice would result for the governmental target to felt anti-people coalition of offices and complete mistrust to state institutions. Such a status needs correction with priority. Constitutional organised states try to solve this by multiple levels of judgement. Missing such constitutional base at the UK resulted to application of juries of randomly selected people for institution independent judgement, what is the case for Anglo-American states. Unification of international judicatory standards will require unification of the two contrary models of people or experts based operation. Exclusive judgement was and will be always problematic. Hence, a combination model will persist. Artificial intelligence may play an important future role for (pre-)selection of relevant laws and precedents with much power of knowledge support for all people at all roles of a court process. |
